Lissette Rivera-Pauley

Ms. Rivera-Pauley is a Senior Vice President at Regions Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is responsible for Commercial Real Estate Industry Analytics and Market Research for the Income Property Finance Group. Ms. Rivera-Pauley has 25+ years of broad experience in Banking and Accounting and has worked in a wide variety of fields including Asset Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, C&I, Large Corporate Syndications and Financial Reporting.

Ms. Rivera-Pauley’s previous positions have also covered a wide variety of institutions, including Barnett Bank, Wachovia, SouthTrust, SunTrust, EverBank, Community & Southern Bank, Keybank and Bank of America.

Ms. Rivera-Pauley is actively engaged in the industry and community serving on the following Boards and committees

  • Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (“CREFC”): Board of Governors, CREFC Woman’s Network Co-Chair the Speakers’ Bureau committee and on the local Atlanta Women’s Network Committee, Programming Chair; and Co-Chair of the DEI Communications Committee.

  • Southeast Chapter of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC): Board Member
  • The Risk Management Association (“RMA”): President of the Atlanta Chapter
  • Urban Land Institute (“ULI”): Co-Chair of the Atlanta ULI Capital Markets Council and Member of the Atlanta Advisory Council and Honored in 2022 by ULI WLI as a WLI “Change Maker”.

 

Ms. Rivera-Pauley also serves on the Board of Trustees of Mount Paran Christian School. Ms. Rivera-Pauley is fluent in Spanish and lives in Kennesaw, Georgia with her husband and two sons.

Ms. Rivera-Pauley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, an MBA in Finance with dual concentrations in Finance and Operations Management from Rollins College, and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
